Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS)
Our school is implementing a new research-based program called Postitive Behavior Interventions and Support. This program helps to mold respectful, responsible, role models at Ferguson Elementary.
PBIS is a positive reward system where students can earn blue tickets from me and any other adults in the building. We expect students to be respectful, responsible, role models throughout the building. When we see these desired behaviors, we will give the students tickets. These tickets can be saved or spent weekly on a variety of school wide prizes such as pencils, certificates, books, ice cream, and other fun school wide parties!
